VKD Choco Oat Blocks

Our own adaptation to Chocolate Oat squares... Markus approved, 100% vegan, nut-free, and sugar-free!!!! Yummy success!

Ingredients:

1 cup date paste
1 cup mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla extract
125ml 100% coconut oil
1tsp baking soda
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup Natural unsweetened cocoa

Preparation:

Heat oven to 180degrees
Blend dates, bananas, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and baking soda together until smooth.
Pour mixture into the bowl, add oats, coconut, and cocoa. Mix well
Place the mixture into a baking dish, cut into squares.
Bake for 25minutes until golden.
Store in an airtight container
2 cups oats
