We have created the perfect vegan American pancake recipe... just look at these babies!
** Measure out exact quantities
* 50g plant butter
* 300g plant milk
* 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flax & 6 tablespoons water)
* 30g sugar
* 200 g plain flour
* 2tsp baking powder
* ¼tsp salt
* Place butter into mixing bowl and melt
* Add plant milk, flax eggs, sugar, plain flour, baking powder, and salt and mix till smooth
* To cook pancakes, place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a teeny bit of oil. For each pancake, pour in a ladle of batter and cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start bursting on the pancake surface. Turn pancake over and cook for a further 1 minute. Serve hot
