Green Earth Dubai

I was introduced to the amazing flavors of the Indonesian cuisine during a trip to Bali a few years ago.
So, I was delighted to see the Indonesian inspired menu as I sat down at Green Earth.  The restaurant is cosy and intimate, the staff are super friendly and the food incredible. Everything is extremely tasty and very very reasonably priced!!

We had a bunch of dishes between us all and we loved every bite!
As a starter we shared Spinach Fries, Unagi dragon rolls and Earth Rolls. For the main, I had had an Indonesian classic - Nasi Goreng. Traditionally Nasi Goreng has many different animal elements on the plate, so I was very excited to see how they created the dish.  It included Indonesian vegetable fried rice, sweet soy sauce, vegan scrambled eggs, tofu balls and a satay of your choice - I chose tempeh.  I was not disappointed at all, the restaurant serves delicious food and I will go back very soon.

My favorite dish of the evening was the Unagi dragon rolls, the bakes eggplant unagi was delicious. The eggplant was buttery soft and is the perfect base for flavorful sushi rolls.
We were all ready to waddle out of the restaurant, but we couldn’t leave without trying at least one dessert. So I decided to get dessert as a takeaway. The Twix cake was enjoyed as breakfast and it was everything I expected - delicious!
